In Aroma Matters, we care about our clients and the happiness and satisfaction that you seek from us. Here’s our delivery, return, and refund policy that will give you a memorable shopping experience.

Delivery

All orders are processed and then delivered to you within the next 3-5 working days* after placing a successful order. We will keep you informed on the status of your order diligently.**

**When you have placed an order, you can expect an acknowledgment email from us. This is to confirm your order details. Once your item is parceled and collected for delivery, you can check your inbox for our notification email.

Store Pick Up (Appointment Only)

Not up for home delivery? You can personally come to our pick up locations to collect your item yourself.

For self-collection, kindly bring a copy of the order confirmation email we sent you and present it to our store staff upon claiming, along with a valid personal identification document. We will then verify your identity and assist you accordingly regarding your item collection.

If your busy schedule forbids you to collect the order yourself, you can authorize someone else to get the item on your behalf. He/she will need to present the printed copy of the order confirmation email and their valid personal identification document to be shown to our store staff.

*Do ensure that you have made an appointment with us at least 1 day before you come so that we can prepare your items beforehand.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aroma Matters!

Should your order not meet your satisfactory standards, we are here to assist you! You may return the item provided that:

  1. You initiate a return within three (3) days from the time you receive your item(s), which will be at your own cost
  2. The item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging, unused and undamaged
  3. Sales items are not eligible for a refund

The total refundable amount will exclude delivery fees, as the delivery already took place and duly paid.

Aroma Matters reserves the right to refuse any return if the item(s) does not meet all stated conditions above.
